Rate the person above you!

This is an another game I know.

This game is basically what the title says.
You just rate the person above you on their profile picture.
If they don't have a profile picture, then you can rate their signature.
And the game goes on from there.

Since, I am the person to post this topic, I'll start off by rating my wallpaper on my computer.
