this is as simple game.
For the arrow pointing up "^", you just write something about them.
For the arrow pointing to your profile picture ">", you write something about you.
For the arrow pointing down "v", you try to guess what the person below you is thinking about.
*Example*
^ - means pointing to the person above you
> - means pointing to you
v - pointing to the person under you
lets give it a try shall we?
^ - No one's there? o.o
> - Thinking about someone special ;D.
V - Thinks that I am a good at coming up with forum games
